We celebrated Lawrences birthday only yesterday as I was in the hospital having our second son but he had a great time and all he had wished for.- All his cousins were able to come and he had lots of chips and juice. Ha!
We love you Lawrence and hope this next year is a very happy one for you! Were so proud to have such a sweet, wonderful and beautiful boy as our son.

Yes, hes finally here and what an easy birth it was, only 4 hours of contractions and within 3 minutes he was out...He was born with 4.240Kg and 52cm on the 27th of September at 9:30 in the morning.

I'm almost there...

Its a relief to know that in less then two weeks hopefully the baby will be out. For me the last month of pregnancy is always the hardest as the tummy gets very heavy and its so hard to move around in the bed when you're trying to find a comfortable position to sleep.
I went for another obstetric ultrasound last week and and the baby was great and they estimated him to be close to 4 kilos already. Another big baby!

This was Lawrence s first trip to the movies. We wanted to take him sooner but there was never something good for him playing or we never got around to it. So we used the opportunity that Up was playing and went all to watch it on 3D. When we got inside of the cinema room he wouldn't stop staring at the screen and was totally fascinated with the size of it, calling it big movie!
It was a cute and funny movie and I enjoyed it myself. At the end of the showing Lawrence was asking to watch it again. Ha!

With only a month and a half for the arrival of our next little one, I'm trying to take as much time as I can with Lawrence, giving him extra attention, investing more time in his schooling and doing lots of different activities. Project time is the highlight of his day and hes always sure to remind me of it. The Beka activity books have been great to use in those days that u dont have much time to plan or crack your brain to figure out something to do.

Baby shower

Last Saturday I was surprised to find out that my sister Claire had planned a baby shower for me and I only found out about it and hour before in happened. For a whole week she was all sneaky about it and made me believe that it was a normal party and hang out. Well was I surprised when I came into the living room and it was all nicely decorated and there where snacks and beer for all ( sniff, she forgot my beer without alcohol). he! Tks Claire for planning all that and making me and the baby feel special and for all of u guys that brought gifts and presents for the baby. Love you guys tons.

The cousins Choir

Last week after lunch Lawrence and Brianna went to the Living Room and started singing and playing piano together. Brianna is having piano classes once a week so she practices often and Lawrence joins along with his singing.... So cute.

They do so well together that Im seriously thinking about forming a little band with both of them. ha

Lawrence is rediscovering his passion for water. Now that the weather is warming up you can enjoy the cold waters of the Rein River and swim in its clean and clear waters.

Happy Birthday Sean!

Last Sunday we had a little party for my nephew Sean Alex that turned a year old on the 5^th of this month. He and his cousin Lawrence had a fun time playing on the play corner that Claire set up in the living room especially for his birthday. He got to try for the first time chocolate which he loved immensely and enjoyed it more than his presents, wrapping and all...ha!

Freezing this Winter!

Yes, this winter is more cold then usual here in Canada. We're having temperatures of 21 below zero this year in the city of Toronto. And oh my God I've never experience such a swift drop in temperature, sometimes having a warmer morning and then going outside again and finding out that it dropped down 10 °C more. Oh well but the kids are having fun with all the snow. Last night we had 5 inches of snow, we took out our toboggans and the kids had a blast playing with all that bunch of snow...
